She started working in Sales & Marketing in 2004 working across many industries and niches. You'll be hard-pressed to find a business she has yet to encounter. 

A Founder by nature, she started her first business in 2014 and her second business in 2019. She joined the FounderScale team because she loves focusing her attention on supporting Founders to scale their business using the FounderScale proprietary method, technology and support. 

You'll love her no-nonsense, pragmatic approach and ability to explain complex topics in an easy-to-understand and implement fashion.

Cost: $6,000 annually, billed quarterly at $1,500 per quarter.

This is designed as a one-year program, however, you will have the option to stay or join another cohort at the end of your first year.

FAQ

Q: What if I miss a live session?

Attendance is mandatory to ensure high-value participation. If you must miss, you’ll have access to recordings to catch up. However, consistent absences may result in removal from the collective without refund. If you don’t make time for your revenue growth, it won’t grow.

Q: How is this different from hiring a Fractional CRO?

As you are scaling, it’s not always financially feasible to hire a Fractional CRO. With this program, you’ll build the foundational knowledge and tracking needed to scale—so when you’re ready, you can hire a CRO or optimize within your team.

Q: What’s the time commitment?

Two 90-minute live sessions per month, one weekly Slack check-in and one quarterly in-person meeting (location in the Chattanooga, TN or Atlanta, GA area). You’ll want to dedicate consistent time, as always to monitoring your progress and numbers. For some sessions, there may be a short training (video or short article) to view ahead of time to make the best use of our time, but we intend to deliver most content live.

Q: Will I get 1:1 support?

This program does not include 1:1 support, customized solutions or implementation support. This is a group-based learning experience. With it, you’ll have direct access to expert insights, live Q&A, and the ability to ask questions in our QA sessions.

Q: What types of revenue topics will we cover?

You will learn how and get supported to track your CAC (Customer Aquisition Cost), CPL, (Cost Per Lead, LTV (Average Client Value, Customer Lifetime Value). We will walk you through not only tracking them but how to utilize these numbers to make effective, scaling decisions.

Q: What types of marketing topics will we cover? 

We will cover sales and marketing topics in a way so that you understand them, know how to make good decisions and how to hold your team accountable for the work. We will cover Local SEO (Google Business), Website Best Practices (Tracking, SEO, Landing Pages), SEM (search engine marketing, pay per click), Event Marketing, and Traditional Marketing (billboards, publications, media). Feel free to ask for a specific topic to be covered.

Q: What types of sales topics will we cover?

We support both B2B and B2C Sales strategies, helping you find the best next opportunity for your team. We will talk about demand generation, lead generation, outsourcing, hiring, training and networking.
